Welcome to Thea Amore. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.theaamore.com), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Information
Thea Amore is a Melbourne-based business offering handcrafted grazing boxes, tables, and event catering services.
All orders placed through our website or directly via email are subject to these terms.
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Availability
All products and services are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item without notice.
If an item or ingredient becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or higher quality.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For event bookings and grazing tables, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
The remaining 75% balance is due 5 days before your event.
If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit retained.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because our produce is prepared fresh to order:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before delivery are eligible for either a full store credit or a 75% refund (reflecting the 25% deposit retained).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer to reschedule your order, subject to availability.
Once an order has been prepared or delivered, it cannot be refunded.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Bayside, Glen Eira, Kingston, Stonnington, and Port Phillip, with free delivery in Bayside and a $10 flat fee for surrounding suburbs.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on weather, traffic, and location.
We’ll always aim to deliver within your preferred window and confirm via SMS once your delivery is scheduled.
If no one is available to receive your order, it will be left in a safe place, and we will notify you.
We cannot accept responsibility for food left unrefrigerated after delivery.
6. Food Safety & Consumption
All products are made fresh on the day of delivery using high-quality ingredients.
Once delivered, grazing boxes should be kept refrigerated until serving and consumed within 2 hours if left unrefrigerated.
While we take care with dietary requests, all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens — traces may be present.
7. Events & Table Setups
Our standard grazing tables are styled directly on your provided table using a disposable brown paper base, which requires no pack-down.
Add-ons such as boards, risers, or premium styling props are available for an additional cost.
If you require table hire, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
Outdoor setups must be shaded and on a flat surface to maintain food safety and presentation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Thea Amore and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
9. Liability
Thea Amore will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from consumption, storage, or handling of our products after delivery.
Customers are responsible for following our food safety recommendations once orders are received.
